Returns and Policies
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes of course! Your satisfaction is our number one priority, if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase let us know and we will set up a return right away. We offer a very lenient 60 day return policy after receiving the products. Please make sure to return items in their original condition, undamaged and unused. Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 2% of the total item price, please contact a customer care team member to see if your return is subject. Returns that arrived on time and were as described are subject to a restocking fee.
What if my item is damaged/defective?
If any of the products in your order arrive damaged or defective please contact us within 30 days so we can send you a replacement or refund. Any items with broken glass or hazardous materials need not be returned. Please contact a representative before shipping any products back.
What is the status of my return?
We process most refunds within one week of receiving the item back at our warehouse. In order to ensure a quick and easy return please remember to include the following information:
- Order number
- Item returned
- Returned item tracking number
- Exchange item requested (if applicable)
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the product back. To ensure quick processing of refunds please provide us with a return tracking number.
Product Return Instructions
- Please contact our Customer Service department to start your return and get a return authorization number.
- Securely pack your merchandise, and write your return authorization number on the box. We are not responsible for items that are damaged while in transit back to our fulfillment center.
- Ship the product to the return address that is printed on your packing slip. Please make sure to record the tracking number or delivery confirmation number for your return shipment. A package tracking number is required for your return or exchange to be processed, in the case that it is not received by our fulfillment center.
- You are responsible for all of the return shipping costs as long as we are not at fault.
No-Fee Cancellation on Late Shipments
Customers must request cancellation directly with us any time prior to shipment to receive a full refund for their item.
If the customer does not cancel a late order and the late order is then shipped, the Merchant’s normal terms and policies apply.
Incorrect, Broken, Defective, or Damaged Products
If you receive an incorrect, broken, defective, or damaged product we will let you choose between:
- Receiving a replacement unit of the identical make and model as the original item ordered at no additional cost to the customer; or
- Returning the broken item by following the Return Policy; however you shall not be required to pay for return shipping or any restocking fee if the item was damaged.
If the item is not damaged and you would like to return it, you will not be charged a restocking fee but you will be asked to pay for return shipping.
